USA ISP Proxies (Static Residential IPs)

From $3.80/IP per month · Unmetered bandwidth · Instant provisioning

USA ISP proxies are dedicated static residential IPs registered to US internet service providers and hosted on datacenter lines. At Quantum Proxies they cost $3.80 per IP per month for 1–10 IPs, falling to $2.50 above 100, with unmetered bandwidth on every IP. Each address is yours alone, stays the same for as long as you renew, and works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5.

What a USA ISP proxy is (and why it is also called static residential)

An ISP proxy is an IP address that belongs to a consumer internet provider's range but is served from a datacenter machine. To the site you visit it looks like a home connection in the United States; to you it behaves like a server: fixed address, high uptime, no data cap. Because the IP is residential by registration but static by design, the industry uses two names for the same thing: ISP proxies and static residential proxies.

Every US IP you buy is dedicated, meaning no other customer uses it while it is assigned to you. It keeps the same address across every session and every renewal. Provisioning is instant after payment, and you can order US IPs alone or combine them with any of the other 24 countries in the same order.

ISP vs residential proxies in the United States

Rotating residential proxies draw from a pool of real household devices (90M+ IPs across 200+ countries on our residential plans) and hand you a different IP on every request, or a sticky one for a limited window. You pay per gigabyte, from $0.80/GB on Residential Basic. ISP proxies are the opposite model: one fixed US IP, priced per month, with no bandwidth meter.

Choose ISP when the account, tool or session must see the same US address every day and when traffic volume is high enough that per-GB billing would hurt. Choose rotating residential when you need thousands of distinct IPs, city-level targeting across the US, or a short burst of scraping. Many customers run both: static IPs for accounts, a rotating pool for data collection.

What you can run on US ISP proxies

A fixed, dedicated US address suits any workflow where the platform expects one consistent location per account and where you would rather not think about data usage.

Traffic is unmetered per IP, so a browser profile, a monitoring script and a scraper can share one address without a bandwidth bill at the end of the month.

USA ISP proxy pricing

Pricing is per IP per month and drops with quantity. All tiers include unmetered bandwidth, HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 and the same instant delivery; US IPs cost the same as any other country in the list.

Example: 25 US IPs for 120 days cost $3.20 × 25 × 4 months = $320, minus 12% = $281.60, or $2.82 per IP per month. There is no subscription: you choose the term at checkout, and the wallet balance you top up never expires.

How targeting and delivery work

You pick the United States as the country and the number of IPs; the dashboard issues the list with host, port and credentials as soon as payment is confirmed. Targeting is at country level for ISP proxies: every IP in a US order is a US-registered residential-range address. If you need state or city selection, use the residential pool, which supports city targeting.

Set up in 3 steps

Support is available 24/7 through the dashboard, and the REST API lets you place and renew ISP orders from your own scripts.

Other countries and when to look elsewhere

The same static product is available in 24 more countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Japan and Singapore, at identical per-IP prices, and you can combine locations in one order. If you need mobile carrier IPs from T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon rather than fixed-line ones, see USA mobile proxies. If you need many short-lived US IPs with city targeting, the rotating residential pool is the better fit.

Every ISP order, whatever the country, comes with unmetered bandwidth, HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 and instant provisioning, and is covered by the 99.9% uptime SLA.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do USA ISP proxies cost?

$3.80 per IP per month for 1–10 IPs, $3.50 for 11–20, $3.20 for 21–50, $3.00 for 51–100 and $2.50 per IP above 100. Longer terms take 5% (60 days), 7% (90 days) or 12% (120 days) off. Bandwidth is unmetered, so the per-IP price is the whole price.

What is the difference between static and rotating US proxies?

A static (ISP) proxy gives you one dedicated US IP that stays the same for the whole term and is billed per IP. A rotating residential proxy assigns a new IP from a pool of household devices on each request or sticky session and is billed per gigabyte. Static suits accounts and tools that need one consistent identity; rotating suits large-scale collection.

Is there a free trial for US ISP proxies?

No. ISP proxies are dedicated addresses reserved for one customer, so they cannot be trialled without occupying an IP. The free trial we offer is 100 MB of Residential Basic traffic, valid 5 days, unlocked by a one-time SMS verification in the dashboard with no credit card. To test a US ISP IP, the smallest order is a single IP for one month at $3.80.

Are the IPs shared with other customers?

No. Each US ISP IP is dedicated: it is assigned to your account only for the entire term and is not sold to anyone else while you hold it. You can run as many concurrent connections and as much traffic through it as you like.

Which protocols and authentication methods are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every IP. Authenticate with a username and password or by whitelisting the IP of your server; both options are managed in the dashboard and can be changed at any time without placing a new order.

Which payment methods can I use?

Card, PayPal, USDT and 300+ other cryptocurrencies, with no KYC on crypto payments. Funds go into a wallet balance that never expires; you can top up any amount from $5 and enable optional auto-recharge. There is no subscription, so you only pay for the terms you choose.

How fast are US ISP proxies delivered?

Provisioning is instant: the IPs, ports and credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed. Card and PayPal confirm in seconds; crypto payments are credited once the network confirms the transaction. You can also fetch the proxy list from the REST API for automated deployment.
