Most proxy coupon pages are affiliate pages: a wall of codes for other people's products, most of them dead, monetised on the click rather than the code. This one is different by construction. That balance buys bandwidth and, because balance payments carry no VAT, it goes slightly further than the headline number suggests. It is credit rather than cash, and we say so everywhere we mention it.
Coupons apply to the plan price at checkout, and individual promotions can exclude specific plans — a code aimed at residential bandwidth will not necessarily apply to an ISP or IPv6 plan. The checkout resolves this for you: enter the code against the plan you want and it will either apply or tell you it does not. Discounts and the crypto VAT saving stack, since one reduces the subtotal and the other removes the tax on it.
