From $3.80/IP per month · Unmetered bandwidth · Instant provisioning
UK ISP proxies are dedicated static residential IPs registered to British internet service providers and hosted on datacenter lines. At Quantum Proxies they cost $3.80 per IP per month for 1–10 IPs, down to $2.50 above 100, with unmetered bandwidth on every IP. The address is yours alone, stays fixed for as long as you renew, and works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5.
An ISP proxy is an IP address from a consumer internet provider's range that is served from a datacenter machine instead of a home router. To the website it looks like a household connection in the United Kingdom; to you it behaves like a server: one fixed address, high uptime, no data cap. Residential by registration and static by design, the same product is sold under two names: ISP proxies and static residential proxies.
Every UK IP you order is dedicated, so nobody else uses it while it is assigned to you, and it keeps the same address across sessions and renewals. Provisioning is instant after payment, and a single order can mix UK IPs with any of the other 24 countries we cover.
Rotating residential proxies come from a pool of real household devices (90M+ IPs across 200+ countries on our residential plans) and give you a fresh IP on every request, or a sticky one for a limited window. Billing is per gigabyte, from $0.80/GB on Residential Basic. UK ISP proxies are the opposite model: one fixed British IP, billed per month, with no bandwidth meter.
Pick ISP when a seller account, ad account or test rig must present the same UK address every day, and when your traffic is heavy enough that per-GB pricing would add up. Pick rotating residential when you need thousands of different UK IPs, city-level targeting, or a short scraping run. Running both is common: static IPs for accounts, a rotating pool for collection.
A dedicated UK address is the right tool wherever a platform expects one stable British location per account, or where you need to see exactly what a UK visitor sees, all day, without watching a data counter.
Because bandwidth is unmetered per IP, a browser profile, a rank tracker and a monitoring script can share the same address with no end-of-month traffic bill.
Pricing is per IP per month and falls with quantity. Every tier includes unmetered bandwidth, HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 and instant delivery; UK IPs are priced the same as every other country in the list.
Example: 10 UK IPs for 90 days cost $3.80 × 10 × 3 months = $114, minus 7% = $106.02, or about $3.53 per IP per month. There is no subscription: you choose the term at checkout, and the wallet balance you top up never expires.
Select United Kingdom as the country and the number of IPs; the dashboard issues host, port and credentials as soon as payment is confirmed. Targeting is country-level for ISP proxies: every IP in a UK order is a UK-registered residential-range address. Individual IPs may geolocate to London, Manchester or another city depending on the provider's range, but a specific city cannot be chosen at order time; for city targeting use the residential pool.
Support is available 24/7 through the dashboard, and the REST API lets you place and renew UK ISP orders from your own scripts.
The same static product is available in 24 more countries, including the United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Australia, at identical per-IP prices, and locations can be combined in one order. If you need British mobile carrier IPs from Three, BT or O2 instead of fixed-line ones, see UK mobile proxies. If you need many short-lived UK IPs with city targeting, the rotating residential pool is the better fit.
Every ISP order, whatever the country, includes unmetered bandwidth, HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 and instant provisioning, and is covered by the 99.9% uptime SLA.
$3.80 per IP per month for 1–10 IPs, $3.50 for 11–20, $3.20 for 21–50, $3.00 for 51–100 and $2.50 per IP above 100. Longer terms take 5% (60 days), 7% (90 days) or 12% (120 days) off. Bandwidth is unmetered, so the per-IP price is the whole price.
A static (ISP) proxy is one dedicated UK IP that stays the same for the whole term and is billed per IP. A rotating residential proxy hands you a new IP from a pool of British household devices on each request or sticky session and is billed per gigabyte. Static suits accounts and tools that need one consistent identity; rotating suits large-scale collection.
No. ISP proxies are dedicated addresses reserved for one customer, so they cannot be trialled without tying up an IP. The free trial we offer is 100 MB of Residential Basic traffic, valid 5 days, unlocked by a one-time SMS verification in the dashboard with no credit card. To test a UK ISP IP, the smallest order is a single IP for one month at $3.80.
No. Each UK ISP IP is dedicated: it is assigned only to your account for the entire term and is not resold while you hold it. You can run as many concurrent connections and as much traffic through it as you need.
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every IP. Authenticate with a username and password or by whitelisting the IP of your server; both options are managed in the dashboard and can be changed at any time without placing a new order.
Card, PayPal, USDT and 300+ other cryptocurrencies, with no KYC on crypto payments. Funds go into a wallet balance that never expires; you can top up any amount from $5 and enable optional auto-recharge. There is no subscription, so you only pay for the terms you choose.
Provisioning is instant: the IPs, ports and credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed. Card and PayPal confirm in seconds; crypto payments are credited once the network confirms the transaction. You can also pull the proxy list from the REST API for automated deployment.
Skip the marketing. QuantumProxies.io publishes a machine-readable site map, Markdown for every page, a free MCP server, and APIs billed from the same balance as your proxies.
